Job description:
Responsibility for sales targets in the French-speaking area (Wallonia - Brussels - GDLuxemburg). You participate to the development of the National Sales Plan and ensure its implementation.
Management of the French-speaking Sales Force Team: 36 medical representatives + 4 District Managers.
As a leader and motivator, you ensure a constant coaching of the District Managers.
You supervise the recruitment of medical representatives of the French-speaking part of the country + GDLuxemburg.
You ensure the implementation of the strategies by your regular presence on the road with the medical representatives.
Current collaboration with the Sales Manager North, Field Force Effectiveness Manager, Marketing Manager.
You report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
