Menarini Group awarded the coveted XV Transatlantic Award from American Chamber of Commerce in Italy for the Acquisition of U.S. biopharmaceutical company, Stemline Therapeutics.

Elcin Barker Ergun, CEO and Member of the Board of Menarini, commented:

The motivation for the award: "Acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics Inc., an American biopharmaceutical company based in NYC for $ 677 million, allowing the group to enter the US pharmaceutical market. This also marks Menarini's first entry into the sales and distribution of oncology therapeutics".
