For our Pharma department, located in Machelen, we are looking for a (m/f) BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (Full time)
The development of our business is ensured by a team of medical representatives who visit and inform physicians. They use a reporting and follow-up system (CRM tool). You will be responsible for the proper functioning and support of this tool.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to:
● Handle daily CRM requests and control the quality of the data hold in the database.
● Produce reports and analyses from our CRM tool for the Sales & Marketing department.
● Provide first line helpdesk and technical support to the employees.
● Ensure the training and education of our employees in our various IT tools and softwares.
● Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of the hardware (iPad, Laptop, Printer, ...) and software used by our employees.
● Collaborate with the teams of our international Headquarter to develop our CRM tool.
You work closely with the FFE Manager who supervises your projects.
You are bilingual to communicate internally in French and Dutch (written and spoken) and your knowledge of English is essential to communicate with our Headquarter.
You work accurately in MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint), knowledge of the Google environment is an asset.
You stay informed in the field of IT in order to maximise your professional knowledge and apply it within the company.
You are proactive, curious, autonomous and dynamic, looking for ways to be more efficient in the performance of your multiple tasks.
