BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (HQ Machelen)
Menarini is recruiting a (m/f) BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (Full-time) for its Pharma department located in 1831 Diegem (Machelen).
Our business is developed by a team of medical representatives who visit physicians. They use a reporting and monitoring system (CRM tool). You will be responsible for the smooth running and support of this tool.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to
- Handling day-to-day CRM requests and checking the quality of data in the database.
- Produce reports and analyses from our CRM tool for the Sales & Marketing department
- Providing a front-line helpdesk and technical support service for employees.
- Train our staff in our various IT tools and software.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining the hardware (iPad, Laptop, Printer, etc.) and software used by our staff.
- Working with our international headquarter teams to develop our CRM tool.
You will work closely with the FFE Manager, who will supervise your projects.
You will be able to communicate internally in French and Dutch (written and spoken) and your knowledge of English is essential for communicating with our Headquarter.
You are able to work accurately in MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint). The knowledge of the Google environment is an asset.
You will keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT, so that you can maximise your professional knowledge and apply it within the company.
You are highly proactive, curious, self-reliant and dynamic, looking for ways to be more efficient in carrying out your multiple tasks.
