SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION TRAINER (HQ MACHELEN)
Menarini is recruiting a scientific communication trainer (m/f) for its offices located in 1831 Diegem (Machelen).
Description of the function:
- You will be part of the training Team, reporting to the training manager and you will provide both scientific and communication training session to medical reps
- Your responsibilities will include: developing and updating course material, keeping Field Force knowledge up to date and developing the necessary training materials and tests for this purpose ensuring that all training courses meet legal requirements and ethical standards
Your profile:
- You have a Scientific degree
- Experience as a medical rep is an asset
- French/Dutch speaking with very good knowledge of Dutch/French and English
- You are eager to learn, enjoy helping people grow, you are proactive, critical, committed, an open communicator, convincing and motivating and you know how to set priorities in order to meet deadlines
- In this position, team spirit, communication and presentation skills are indispensable.
