Are you our new Product Manager?

At Menarini Benelux, you are the architect of our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that drive market share, revenue, and—most importantly—product impact. You will work at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the real-world needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Your Impact:

• Take the lead: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align perfectly with our ambitious company objectives
  From Plan to Action: Translate high-level strategy into concrete, high-impact operational actions
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Make a difference: Create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that stand out in the healthcare landscape
• Build Partnerships: Collaborate seamlessly with sales, medical, regulatory, and other internal teams
• Master your market: Become the "go-to" expert for your product and its market
• Integrity First: Ensure all activities are in full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards

Who Are You?

• You possess a young, dynamic spirit and a high level of professional energy
• You are a master communicator and presenter, fluent both in Dutch and French (a must) with good knowledge of English
• You hold a Master’s degree with a scientific background (Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical, etc)
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative and also minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (a must)
• You combine analytical thinking with a results-oriented approach
• You have the ability to shine both independently and as a team player
• You have a genuine passion for healthcare and want to know that your work improves lives every single day.
